Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress that has won critical acclaim for her talents. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She is the oldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne, a psychology student. She's English as well as Scottish. Moore struggled because her family was constantly moving due to her dad's work. Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School in Germany as her parents moved to the United States. Moore began her career in the theatre. In the course of her studies, Boston University is where Moore completed her studies, earning a B.F.A. from 1983. Thesis in Theater. Moore started her theater career off Broadway and in New York, after she completed her degree. In 1985 she made her television debut in the episode The Edge of Night. She played the roles of Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Changes the show that marked her debut. It was on until 1988 and won the Daytime Emmy Award for her performance. In 1990, she was the first film actress to make her debut on cinema in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that she later called an awful low-budget movie. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The latter was critically acclaimed and she earned several nominations for the film. Moore got her first role as a lead with the film Safe (1995). The actress' career was at a crossroads after Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World that became the highest grossing film of 1997. The actress received an SAG nomination in 1999 for the role she played in Magnolia which was a highly praised film. In 2002, she co-starred with The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Moore's other movies comprise The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), among others. Non-Stop was a film in which that she starred in, was released. Moore has appeared in numerous television and film productions. She has a starring role in the most recent one, which is in When You Finish Saving the World (2022). She has made her mark on the screen in Hollywood and is also an author for children. She released her first book in 2007 Freckleface Strawberry and quickly became a N.Y.T. The book was later adapted into the basis for a musical and TV series. Moore also published My Mom's Foreigner, a memoir in 2013. Moore lives a flamboyant life as an accomplished writer and actress. In 1984, she got married to John Robin and in 1995 they divorced. Bart Freundlich is the father of two children. Moore is a woman who values her family and career.
